Source, screen and interview candidates for internal openings
Create, update and maintain job vacancies
Execute pre-hire and new hire onboarding activities
Assist with employee benefit enrollment
Act as main employee relations contact for all HR matters
Maintain compliance with all employment laws
Connect with institutions and conducting on-campus drives
Handling all employees enquiries & grievance.
Responsible for Maintaining Employees Attendance Records.
Admin activities for the organization
Other related duties as assigned
Salary: INR 50,000 - 2,00,000 PA.
