Periodic monitoring of their performances and appraising them.
Organizing & Conducting; practical & theoretical training sessions at periodical intervals to ensure smooth operations.
Problem solving to address the issues of the staff from time to time to ensure employee satisfaction.
Planning and ensuring backup support in case of employee attrition.
Following the work ethics, integrity, thoroughness and commitment to corporate goals.
Standardizing the sales and operations systems.
Ensure periodic audits of all KEY clients.
Ensure implementation of the quality management systems.
Ensuring external and internal client satisfaction.
Keeping a track on customer complaints and addressing them immediately.
Ensuring high quality service delivery resulting in customer delight.
Optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality
Closely interacting with the clients from all segments, especially the key accounts to gain customer confidence and trust.
